Abstract: In this talk, I will review ``black hole complementary" and "firewall paradox". Then, I will explain our resolution to the paradox. The resolution is based on assuming non-unitariness in semi-classical evolution for observers inside black holes: interior partners encountering the singularity jump to the outside of black hole, constituting a part of Hawking radiation.
