Arrival in Tehran

Upon your arrival to Imam Khomeini International  Airport, please look for someone with the meeting sign who will help you with the transport to our guest house. Do not forget to declare your foreign currency before leaving the customs area if you have more than 5000 Euro. Please note that you may not use your credit card in Iran. Electrical Appliance

The electricity supply in Iran works at 220 V and 50 Hz. There are standard sockets.

Meals Care

We will provide all participants with lunch during the meeting. Vegetarian meals are also available upon request. 

Lunch will be served in Larak Building the same building as the Meeting.

Place of the Conference & Registration

The meeting will start on Saturday, February 22^nd in the main lecture hall of  Larak Bldg. All participants will be registered there at 09:00 a.m. Cars are arranged to take you from the guest house to the conference place (the Larak Bldg) every morning at 09:00 a.m. except the first day which the transfer will be at 08:45 a.m., and will return to the guest houses after the lectures and seminars.
