Arrival in Tehran

Upon your arrival to the Imam Khomeini international airport (IKA), please look for someone with the school sign in the entrance hall near the Information Desk (please see the Map). She/He will help you with the transport to Isfahan. In case of any problem please contact the mobile phone indicated below.

If you have more than 2000 USD with you please do not forget to declare your foreign currency before leaving the customs area. Please take note of addresses, telephone and telefax numbers as below

You may find banks to exchange major currencies at the Airports. An approximate currency exchange rate is 1US$~11220 Rls and 1€~16220 Rls.

 Transportation  to Isfahan

   There will be several cars (depending on the number of people and their arrival times) as soon as you arrive for transportation of participants from Imam Khomeini international airport (IKA) to Isfahan, Hotel Sheykhbahaei (address) where the conference is located. This trip will take approximately 4 hours. We have also considered one or two buses for return trip from Isfahan to Tehran at the end of the Conference. More information on return trip will be announced later.

Electrical Appliance

The electricity supply in Iran works at 220 V and 50 Hz. There are standard sockets.

Meals

We will provide your breakfast and lunch during the conference. All meals will be served in the restaurant of Hotel.

 Place of the Conference & Registration Desk

The conference will start on Tuesday, May 3rd in the lecture hall of Hotel Sheykhbahaei. Signs in the Bldg will guide you to the hall. Registration will be on Monday, May 2nd in the evening and Tuesday 3rd in the morning in the lobby of Hotel Sheykhbahaei .
