Second Iran & Turkey Joint Conference on LHC Physics

October 23-26, 2017 (1-4 Aban 1396)


"The 2nd Iran-Turkey conference will focus on the LHC physics and its future as well as detector upgrades. 

The main experimental and phenomenological topics related to the LHC will be reviewed by the leading scientists of the field. The areas to be reviewed include: Higgs boson, Supersymmetry and Exotic Physics, Dark Matter, Heavy Quark Physics, Forward Physics, Heavy Ion Physics, Detector Physics and Upgrade, and Future Collider Development."

A poster session will be provided for young scientists to present their work."

Deadline for Registration is 10th of Mehr 1396 (October 2, 2017)


Conference excursions:
        o Excursion 1: One-day tour on the historic place in Tehran
        o Excursion 2: Two-day tour to Isfahan and Shiraz (more information to be announced soon)

 

The participants accepted to attend the workshop will receive the instruction for payment with the letter of acceptance.
